Cinnamon Nigiris




Well, today I am going to make a recipe a bit exotic, but very rich, I hope you enjoy

INGREDIENTS: 

  • rice double carolina 3 cups
  • milk 3 1 / 2 cups
  • cinnamon
  • scratch ginger 

PREPARATION:

  • First we must wash the rice in cold water and let stand for 60 minutes to get the starch, then drain them of what
  • Set to boil for 10 minutes on medium heat in milk with cinnamon (if possible in the area) and scratch ginger and other low heat 10 minutes (a total of 20 minutes, the rice should spend a little bit)
  • Strain the rice so that it is not no milk
  • Shape the rice, this makes a small ball and sharpen the edges a bit
  • Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and let cool. 

NOTE:

  • The milk used to boil rice can be allowed to cool and drink it like that, is very rich

Homemade spaghetti with souce of mushroom

Well today I got the recipe for homemade spaghetti with sauce champignon (mushroom) . Well I hope you enjoy the recipe and do not forget to visit the Spanish version.

INGREDIENTS: 

For the noodles:
  • common flour500 G.
  • 5 eggs.
  • 1 tablespoon of oil.
  • 1 tablespoon of salt.

For the sauce:

  • 250 g. filleted champignon mushrooms
  • 50 g. chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 10 gr. butter
  • 1 jar of cream
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • white wine (optional)

PREPARATION: 

For the noodles: 

  • In a big bowl put more that the half of the flour, make a hole in the middle to put the eggs, previously broken, an put the teaspoon of oil and salt.
  • Mix and knead until it is uniform throughout, if necessary add more flour. After that let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • After that sprinkle the table with flour and knead. We need to stretch the dough with a stick, knead until very thin (as it then holla at inflated a bit).
  • To cut the strips have to roll the dough (pionono style) and cut the finest possible, then  unrolleach of the courts, out on the table and let stand
  • Now, ina a saucepan at a commensurate to the amount of pasta (in this case 5 servings) put water to boil over high heat (more than half the saucepan) with a little salt and oil
  • When the water is boiling put the pasta for about 2 or 3 minutes, we must be careful because they are very fast. To find out if you already are, and take a test.
  • Ready noodles.

For the sauce: 

  • Heat the pan at the maximum, the put the butter, when this is completely melted add the onion until transparent
  • After this add the garlic and Champignon (mushroom) and wine (optional) and lower the heat to minimum and cook for 5 minutes
  • Meanwhile put the heat to simmer cream for 2 minutes (be careful not to boil) to which you can add pepper and nutmeg
  • Mix the cream with Champignon and onion (preferably in the skillet where campignones do so is that with the liver sauce)
  • And add this sauce to the spaghetti

NOTES: 

  • If you do not want to make homemade noodles realize the last 2 steps of the preparation of spaghetti. In this case, the spaghettiwill be ready in about 10 min
  • In the Champignon sauce, you can add a little flour to thicken a little in point number 3, mixing well for lumps that are not.
